John Moore Services is proud to host a community blood drive benefitting the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center on Thursday, December 12th from 8:00 – 11:00am at 10005 West Sam Houston Pkwy N. Houston, Texas 77064. This event is open to the public. All adults 17 and older are welcome, and those interested in donating are asked to pre-register here.

“We are dedicated to serving and giving back to our hometown, and we wanted to do something that would really make a difference this holiday season,” said Claire Valentine, John Moore Services Customer Experience Manager. “Hosting a blood drive for our staff and the community allows us to truly bless someone’s holiday this year.”

In addition to positively impacting the lives of others, donors at the John Moore Services Community Blood Drive have a few other unique opportunities to brighten someone’s day. At the drive, donors will have the opportunity to participate in the long-running Holiday Hugs program. Donors may write a special message on a small gift tag that will be attached to a stuffed teddy bear and delivered to children in hospitals across the Houston-area. Donors that enroll in the Donors Rewards program also will receive enough bonus points to claim a $5 gift card to popular retailers from the Donor Rewards Store through their Stocking Stuffer special promotion.

Our blood, our valuable life-source, cannot be manufactured. It can only be given voluntarily from one person to another. The holiday season often sees an increase in demand and a reduction in donations. We invite you to join the John Moore team, donate, and help save lives during this time of need.
