Faucet Replacement
Can I supply my own faucet?
Yes. We will install any faucet you choose, so long as the faucet is appropriately sized for the fixture you are attaching it to.
Can John Moore recommend a design for my faucets?
Yes. Our expert plumbing team can recommend designs based on your home’s existing look or a new look you would like to achieve. We offer thousands of options for faucets and firmly believe that there is a perfect faucet out there for everyone. We are committed to helping you find that faucet!
Do your faucets come with a warranty?
Yes. All of our faucets come with both an installation warranty and a manufacturer’s warranty. The installation warranty is good for one year from the time of installation and covers any malfunction not resultant from user abuse of the faucet or acts of God. Manufacturer’s warranties will vary by brand..
How do I know if it is time to replace my faucet?
Most of the time, faucets that need replacing will let you know. If you can no longer turn on water or the faucet has rusted through, it is time to replace the faucet. If you hear squeaking from the faucet or feel excessive resistance when you turn on the faucet, it may also be time to replace.
How long do faucet replacements take?
Faucet replacement typically takes only a day, but more work may be involved should we find a problem with your piping, have trouble fitting the faucet, or run into some other plumbing maintenance issue. John Moore can recommend additional repairs as needed should we encounter these issues in the course of an installation.

Who supplies John Moore’s faucets?
We are vendors for Moen, Kholer, and Delta and carry the full catalogue for each of these faucet crafters. As the available library of faucets is so extensive, our experts will gladly go over the options with you and help you narrow down your choices.
